Jewelry Towns operates as an online jewellery store. We do not currently offer a publicly accessible retail store or customer collection location.

6. ORDERS

Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received for the cancelled products to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.

We do not directly store complete payment-card information.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country, market or currency.

8. SHIPPING

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

Processing time and delivery time are separate.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs charges or local regulatory requirements. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout expressly states that they are included.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

10. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

• A code may be limited to one use per customer or order
• Codes may have minimum-spend requirements
• Codes may exclude selected products or collections
• Codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed
• Only one discount code may be used per order

We may refuse or cancel the misuse, fraudulent use or manipulation of a promotion.

Where a promotion has already been validly applied to an accepted order, we will not remove it retrospectively without a lawful reason.
